She has found deep healing in facilitating workshops and working with individuals where she excels at holding space and guiding people deep into the wisdom of their bodies.

Her first experience with Firewalking was life altering in that she learned she was always at choice with the energy she showed up with every day. She has experienced great fulfillment in sharing the transformational powers of the fire with groups and has witnessed incredible transformations working with the fire.

Daphne has an enthusiasm for empowering others and lives by example. She is an active VITA Coach for Love, Intimacy & Relationships, Level 2 Warrior Goddess Facilitator, Sundoor Certified Firewalk Instructor and Sundoor Sakahan – Master Firewalk Trainer. Her path includes a Master’s Degree in Health Education and years working in Radio-Television and Communications. Lucy has always had a passion for growth, expansion, and wellness, both personal and physical. For years she focused her attention in the business of fitness, owning and operating two Pilates Studios and teaching both Pilates and Yoga. While taking care of the physical body still remains a passion of Lucy’s, she has realized that true transformation starts from the inside.

Lucy now focuses her work on personal and team growth, commitment to self and inspiring others to find the fire within. For the last 10+ years her career path focuses on corporate events, retreats, and team building/expansion. Lucy was called to Firewalking several years ago while attending a women’s workshop.

During her first Firewalk, she realized the true power that everyone has individually and all we need to do is to invoke it. Firewalking has been her way to stay connected to self, to growth, to possibility, to creativity, and connection. She is a Sundoor Certified Firewalk Instructor and Level 2 Warrior Goddess Facilitator and works with women hosting workshops on a variety of topics. Lucy has a zest for life, love, adventure, and career. In her free time, she enjoys seeing the wonders of the world, a sweaty yoga class, or putting her feet in the ocean. Northern California is home for Lucy and her family.
